- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate and maneuver heavy vehicles, such as trucks or buses, in various road and weather conditions. This includes starting the vehicle, shifting gears, accelerating, braking, and steering according to traffic regulations and the specific vehicle’s requirements.
- Cargo or Passenger Transport: Load and unload cargo or passengers, ensuring that the goods are properly secured or passengers are safely seated. Follow loading and unloading procedures and handle fragile or hazardous items with care.
- Route Planning and Navigation: Plan and optimize the most efficient routes for timely and safe delivery. Use navigation tools, maps, or GPS systems to find destinations and avoid traffic congestion or road closures.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the vehicle, checking tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components to ensure their proper functioning. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly and arrange for necessary repairs or maintenance.
