- Payment Handling: Collect fares from passengers and provide change if necessary. Keep accurate records of fares collected, mileage, and any additional charges. Handle cash and process payments securely and accurately.
- Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintain effective communication with the taxi company, dispatcher, or passengers to receive pick-up and drop-off requests, update availability, and handle any special instructions or inquiries.
